QUERIES RELATED TO ORDERS PLACED

Acceptance of orders is at the sole discretion of authorities at Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.

When you place an order with us, within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirmation from Inspired Livingg. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it more or less acts as an order receipt.
You can review the status and other information of all your pending as well as fulfilled orders that you have placed with www.inspiredlivingg.com. You can check the same in your 'My Account' page where you can click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.
Our website www.inspiredlivingg.com, itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made. However, you can contact our Customer Service on +91 9051233144 between 0930 - 1800 hours(IST), Monday through Saturday, at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount by NEFT or credit the amount to your card or as Inspired Livingg Credits to your account which you can use for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 60 days.

Yes, all items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage during transit. We take utmost care & ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely packed with insertions of thermocole, wrapping with bubble wrap etc. We have tied up with carrier companies which ensure that your package is delivered safely to you.

We have partnered with reputed courier companies to deliver safely, all items ordered on www.inspiredlivingg.com. You can track your order with the airway Bill no. / Docket no. and the name / link of the courier partner provided to you in the email sent by us.
Each product has its own delivery duration. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. However we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment. Also at times, for the safe delivery of the items, we may have to send two or more partial shipments.

Demand Draft (behind the Demand Draft, please mention your Order No., Name and email ID. Your order will be dispatched after we receive funds in our account.
With COD payment method, you can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent / person once the product reaches you at your delivery address. No advance payment is required to be sent by you.
Yes, we support the COD payment method. Orders above Rs. 999.00 qualify for COD. You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent / person once the product reaches you. However, COD may not be available for some products or some areas of delivery.
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you shop with Inspired Livingg. We offer free delivery if the order value is above Rs. 999 else you will be charged an additional Rs. 49 for normal delivery. For COD orders below Rs. 999, charges of Rs. 49 are levied. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item (except for some items which are bulky & need special packing).
The maximum order value accepted by Inspired Livingg for a COD payment is Rs. 5000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency, cheque or a draft as payment against a COD order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for order value above Rs. 999, else you will be charged an additional Rs. 49 for normal delivery.
If you have purchased online, with a Credit, Debit, or Cash card, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed.
If the payment method is Cash On Delivery (COD), you will get a confirmation call via phone. The Inspired Livingg team may contact you(email/phone) for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in next 48 hrs from the time of order placed.
If you are making a payment via Cheque or Demand Draft, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email after the payment has realized i.e. we receive the payment amount in our account.
If the item needs to be shipped internationally, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery
Inspired Livingg is trying its best to ship its products to as many places as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. Similarly, you will also be informed on whether or not the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option is available in your respective area.
Some places where Inspired Livingg was rendering services earlier, have been excluded from services now due to some difficulty being faced by courier companies in delivery. If you are trying to place an order using one of these Pincodes, we regret that we won't be able to take your order. However, we would love to be of service to you so we suggest that you may take delivery at one of the pincodes serviceable by us. We have partnered with courier services for the deliveries of products across India and internationally. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

RETURNS POLICY

When you shop with Inspired Livingg, it is our endeavour to make your experience an enjoyable one. So we make sure that quality products are delivered to you in a hassle-free manner. We have formulated a Returns Policy which is safe, easy and transparent.
The product page would indicate if the product is eligible for return or not under the tab 'Shipping & Returns'. If eligible, then the case when the returns are accepted are limited to certain conditions. You can seek replacement / return for all or part of the order received by you, provided they are eligible under the return policy.
1. The Product page would indicate if the item is eligible for return or not.
2. Fragile items like Mirror Frames, Photoframes, Glassware etc. are not eligible for return.
3. In case you wish to return an 'eligible for return' item, it should fulfill the one of the criteria stated below:
a. We have a stringent Quality check, before we pack the item for you. However, still in case a manufacturing defect goes unnoticed, you may contact us for return.
b. In case the product delivered to you does not match the style, colour, size ordered by you.
c. In case the product has been damaged in transit, the damage has to be intimated to us on the same day or maximum within 24 hrs. of receipt of order by email at customercare@inspiredlivingg.com.
If you want to return a producpart from those listed above, you may contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. We are available on +91 9051233144 between 0930 to 1800 hours(IST), Monday through Saturday or email us at customercare@inspiredlivingg.com.
Please get in touch with us within 7 days from the time of receiving your shipment except in the case where the product has been damaged in transit(contact within 24 hrs. of receipt of order).
You will have to bear the courier charges of returns if the product is being returned due to reasons other than those given above. Please call our Customer Service on +91 9501233144 between 0930 to 1800 hours(IST), Monday through Saturday for further details.
The product has to be returned with the following:
1. Customer Invoice
2. All its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
3. It should be in an unused condition.
4. A copy of our return authorisation email.
Please fill the Returns Form available in 'My Account' section of our website. As an alternative, you can also email us at customercare@inspiredlivingg.com and mention the details of return.
We will call you to validate your return request and an email will be sent to you authorizing you to send the product and confirming the address for return. You are requested to use our courier partners to send the product back safely & securely with the original packing, invoice and copy of authorizing email . If we are unable to arrange for the return pick up due to logistical constraints and you have arranged for the same, the shipping charges (subject to a maximum of Rs. 150.00) will be reimbursed to you after approval from the management of Inspired Livingg (Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.). The package must be received by us within 10 days of us sending you the authorising email. If we are arranging the pick up, then the products should be ready for handing over within 48 hours of receipt of authorisation email.
On receipt of package by us, the product will be inspected by the Quality Assurance Team. If the product is found eligible for return, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue Inspired Livingg credits of the appropriate amount to your account which can be used for purchasing any product from www.inspiredlivingg.com within 60 days or will offer refund via card you used to pay us or in case of COD payment, a cheque will be issued. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
If the product received back by us does not meet the criteria above, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided. If you still wish to get the same product back, we will be happy to do so, as long as you are willing to bear the shipping expenses.
If we are sending a replacement, you will receive an email confirmation to that effect.
Inspired Livingg does not offer replacements on discounted or season-end sale products.
If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund (in case of pre-paid orders) the amount by NEFT or as credit to your credit / debit card or as Inspired Livingg credits to your account. The decision of acceptance of refund is at the sole discretion of management of Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.. In case the order has been processed, your first cancellation of order will be accepted by us without any deductions of delivery charges and we, Inspired Livingg(Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.) will offer you credits, which can be redeemed on your next purchase. On subsequent cancellations received, a deduction of to & fro courier charges will be made from the total amount & balance will be refunded as Inspired Livingg credits to your account which you can use for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 60 days.

Terms & Conditions for Return:

1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with the Quality Assurance Team and management at Inspired Livingg(Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.).
2. The returned items should be sent back along with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
3. The product should be in an unused condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
4. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
6. If the product is not available, we will issue Inspired Livingg credits of the appropriate amount to your account which can be used for purchasing any product from www.inspiredlivingg.com or will offer refund via card you used to pay us or in case of COD payment, funds will be transferred by NEFT or a cheque will be issued.
7. To return an item, we will arrange to pick the parcel from the given address. If we are unable to arrange for the return pick up due to logistical constraints and you have arranged for the same, the shipping charges will be reimbursed to you after approval from the management of Inspired Livingg (Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.) to a maximum limit of Rs. 150.00
8. No refunds are applicable for orders cancelled by you. Inspired Livingg(Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd.) will offer you credits in such case, which can be redeemed on your next purchase within 60 days. A refund is applicable only under the sole discretion of Sneh Art Treasures India Pvt. Ltd. All refunds would be through a NEFT transfer/Cheque deposit in your Bank Account or refund on your card and no Cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.

Loyality Program

1. Members get back 3% of every purchase amount (3% of invoice value without freight). These will reflect in his account after successful product delivery to you and full payment received by us.
2. Every Wednesday, members get additional 2% back on every invoice value (in addition to 3% already offered for all days). These will reflect in his account after successful product delivery to you and full payment received by us.
3. On completion of every 10th order (i.e. every 10 orders without returns) and multiples thereof, a member gets complimentary 250 points (Rs 250 worth of shopping credits) credited to his account. *A member can redeem his points anytime he so desires. There are no minimum point balances to maintain.
